STARTER
Salmon mousse on a bed of marinated courgettes topped with a citrus dressing.
MAINS
Cretan traditional lamb kleftiko in a phyllo casing with roasted aubergine & creamy Danish feta sauce, tzatziki & chef’s roasted Mediterranean vegetables with baby potatoes.
DESSERT
Dark chocolate baked cheesecake with berries & whipped cream.
